Introducing Showy 2.0

Wow, it’s been a month and half since we debuted in the App Store.

It’s been a great time, we reached the 2nd position on the Top Paid Apps here in Spain and we were featured by important blogs such as The Next Web (they featured us as the Pick of the Day), AppAdvice and Applesfera.

That great success and the feedback you gave us made us work even harder in the ‘Next Showy’ and here it is:

-We introduce MyShowy: A public profile in which people will be able to see what shows you love and follow. Example of MyShowy: http://showyapp.com/user/Jorge

-We added Syncing, so if you have multiple devices your information will be the same in every device. 

-We also added your favorite missing feature: Notificacions. The app now notifies you when a new episode airs.

 

-New search and sidebar: We loved our sidebar, it rocked. But now we have redesigned it, added it a great effect of folding and place the search right in the sidebar. 

-And, we added support for iPhone 5 so it looks gorgeous on its new display.

We have worked really hard on this update and we hope you love it as much as we do.

    We have good news, actually really good ones. Showy’s been approved by Apple. That means: Showy is in the AppStore
